In a Letter to the Oconee Enterprise Editor, November 18, 2021, Alvin Blake of Watkinsville believes everyone should be mandated to get fully vaccinated (including a possible third dose) unless exempted… By the way, they say those who are fully vaccinated can still get COVID, and they can also pass COVID to others.
According to Blake certain people have a right to be exempted, but that right is denied to everyone else. Who is he to demand what healthcare someone else gets? What qualifications does he have to mandate that decision in regard to exemptions.
My wife’s sister had shingles when she was young. She has been healthy her whole life, but a day after getting the shot the shingles returned worse than before… How about a relative whose wife died days after getting the shot, and she was also healthy.
I am thankful that we have a Constitution that keeps my healthcare out of the hands of people like Blake. I am 79, healthy, and not getting the shot.
I’ve got a great idea. Why doesn’t Blake contact that tyrannical Biden government in Washington and demand they punish me by taking away my Social Security check if I don’t get the shot. After all that’s what socialist do.
I demand my Constitutional rights when it comes to my healthcare because my healthcare is between me and my doctor. And Blake and the government need to keep their nose out of it.
